Refund and Exchange Policy

                All products purchased from Wild Bay LLC, unless stated otherwise, carry a 30 warranty against manufacturing defects. A suspected defective product must be sent with a written explanation of the defect to Wild Bay LLC, PO Box 325, Island Heights, NJ 08732. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to Wild Bay LLC. If the product is found to be defective, a replacement product of the exact nature, if possible, shall be sent to the customer, with Wild Bay LLC paying the shipping costs for this replacement product. No cash refunds will be given. If the product is found not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to them or the product will be disposed of by Wild Bay LLC after 30 days. This warranty does not cover damage caused during shipping, by misuse of the product or uses other than those intended by the manufacturer.

                All sports cards offered for sale on Wild Bay LLC are in inventory. Pictures of the ACTUAL CARD are displayed with the product description. Customers are expected to examine the pictures and description of the card to determine it’s condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All prices are based on market conditions and card conditions as determined by Wild Bay LLC. No guaranty of the cards current or future value in a general or particular region of the world is implied or expressed. Wild Bay LLC ships all cards in a protective plastic sleeve. Wild Bay LLC assumes no responsibility for damage that occurs in shipping.

Cancellation Policy

                If your desire to cancel your order, you may do so if it has been less than three days since the order has been placed and your order has not already been shipped out. To cancel your order, send an email containing your name, address, telephone number, email address, product being canceled, order number and the last 4 digits of your credit card used to purchase the product. ALL INFORMATION MUST MATCH THE ORDER EXACTLY. If the email is received within three days of the order date and your order has not been shipped out, it will be canceled. You will receive an email notification that will inform you if the cancellation has been successful or not.
